Sales Representative

Western Elite – Las Vegas, NV

Western Elite is looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team.

We are a locally owned waste and recycling company serving businesses and construction customers throughout Southern Nevada. We’ve built our reputation on responsive service, strong customer relationships, and doing what we say we’re going to do.

The Opportunity:

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, finding new business, and taking care of customers. You’ll be responsible for developing new accounts while also helping grow and strengthen existing customer relationships.

Our services include roll-off dumpsters, waste hauling, recycling, storage containers, and other solutions for construction and commercial customers.

What You'll Do:

Develop new commercial and construction accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Prospect for new business through calls, referrals, networking, and in-person visits.
Identify opportunities to provide additional services to existing customers.
Prepare quotes and follow up on sales opportunities.
Work closely with our operations and customer service teams to make sure customers receive exceptional service.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline and follow up consistently.
Represent Western Elite professionally in the Las Vegas market.

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

Competitive and self-motivated.
Comfortable developing new business.
Excellent at building relationships.
Dependable and organized.
A strong communicator.
Willing to get out in the field and meet customers.
Focused on both winning new business and taking care of existing customers.

Previous sales experience is preferred. Experience in construction, waste, equipment rental, trucking, building materials, or a related industry is a plus, but not required for the right person.

Compensation & Benefits:

Western Elite offers a competitive base salary plus commission, with strong earning potential for a successful salesperson.

Benefits and additional compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
